Yoga is an ancient practice that can heal your body, calm your mind and serve your soul.  The physical postures bring strength and skill to our bodies and minds. By focusing on breath and movement we learn about how our bodies work, our habits and how we relate to life. Yoga practice can serve you through the many stages of life and the challenges presented along the way. 

Terms begin Monday February 1st, 2021!

Mondays : Morning Flow 10:00am -11:00am (Please note new location below) In this class we move with our breath consciously through various postures and include pranayama (life force/breath control).  All levels welcome.  $135/9 wk term  or $17 casually. Location: the inner space, 96A Camp St, North Katoomba. Zoom is available for this class, please let me know via text or email if you would like to Zoom.
